Foster the People es una banda de Indie rock formada en Los Angeles,California en 2009. El grupo está compuesto por Mark Foster (voz, teclados, piano, sintetizador, guitarra, programación, percusión), Mark Pontius (batería y percusión adicional), Cubbie Fink (bajo y coros), Isom Innis (teclados, sintetizador, percusión y coros) y Sean Cimino (guitarra, teclados, sintetizador y coros). La música del grupo, ha sido descrita como 'una infusión de danza melódica con pop y rock', abarcando muchos géneros
